
Obedience & Life Skills 1 (Mar/Apr 2026)
Obedience & Life Skills 1 is a course that lays the foundation for a strong training relationship between you and your dog. Your dog will learn essential cues like sit, down, stay, leave it, come when called, loose leash walking, go to your bed and more. This first week of this class is an orientation without your dog to cover class expectations, clicker training basics and more. The following five weeks are one-hour sessions where you will receive individualized training in a group class setting. Prerequisites: none This class is appropriate for: Adult dogs and puppies over 20 weeks of age. What to bring to class: - Regular leash and flat buckle collar or harness - Water and bowl - Treats - Treat bag or wear clothes with good pockets - Clicker (provided on your first night of class) For more details on how to be prepared for class please see the 'What to Bring to Class' tab under the FAQ section.


Cancellation Policy
REFUND POLICY I understand that there will be no refund of class registration fees unless the class session is canceled or if requested in writing at least one week prior to the class start date. A refund may be given with less than one week notice if the spot can be filled from the waiting list or due to extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Blue Ribbon Dogs staff.
